Friends of the Porkies

The Friends of the Porkies is the non-profit organization which is putting on this festival. The Friends of the Porkies represents the interests of the users of the Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park. The Friends Of The Porkies seeks to provide a platform for ideas to improve the park, and to help it provide the best year-round recreational opportunities for all. The Friends work to employ all available resources to accomplish these goals.

Porcupine Mountains Convention & Visitors Bureau

The PMCVB coordinates lodging requests for the festival and has contributed significant promotional support to the festival. Call 906-884-2047 or email info@porcupinemountains.com to find a room or cottage during the festival.

Arts Midwest and National Endowment for the Arts

Several of our musicians will be presenting educational sessions during the festival thanks to a grant from Arts Midwest.
