PLEASE NOTE: We will only consider acts who send a press kit and demo CD (electronic press kits with song downloads are also acceptable). The submission review period begins November 1st of each year and closes March 31st. Any submissions received after March 31st will be put into consideration for the following year. This festival is run by volunteers only and due to the large volume of submissions received we do not have the resources to respond directly to every submission. Please do not call to check the status of your submission. If you have sent a submission, it will be reviewed by our music selection committee and those selected by the committee will be contacted. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this regard.
Volunteer
We need many volunteers for security, ticket taking, parking, first aid, grounds, promotion, and fundraising. Please contact our Volunteer Coordinators Karen Bradley and Sherrie McCabe if you would like to volunteer.
