Friends of the Porkies
The Friends of the Porkies is the non-profit organization which is putting on this festival. The Friends of the Porkies represents the interests of the users of the Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park. The Friends Of The Porkies seeks to provide a platform for ideas to improve the park, and to help it provide the best year-round recreational opportunities for all. The Friends work to employ all available resources to accomplish these goals.
Western U.P. Visitors and Convention Bureau

Superior Shores Resorts
The owners of Superior Shores Resorts provided the initial funding for this event and without their leadership and vision the festival would not be possible. All their rooms will be booked during the festival but please consider staying at this unique resort on the shore of Lake Superior in the future.
Porkies Ski Hill and Chalet
The Ski Hill and Chalet are normally closed during the summer months and use of them has been donated to the festival by the operators. The Chalet will provide food and beverages throughout the festival.

Michigan Department of Natural Resources
The Michigan Department of Natural Resources administers the beautiful Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park in which the festival will take place.
